Traffic detail fails for a log returned by the list API.

A fresh correlation id can be listed successfully, but opening that same record returns HTTP 500. The diagnostic detail journey remains blocked.

The first deletion succeeds with 204. The retry defect reproduced in three out of three direct attempts and should resolve to a handled auth or not-found response.
